As a fast-growing technology start up, we are seeking a high-energy, motivated, driven and ambitious stellar operations/ admin assistant at entry to mid-level (less than 5 years of experience). A successful candidate for the role will manage day to day operations for the company and a very small team (less than 5). This is a “right hand to CEO” role and the career growth potential is limitless. You’ll work directly with the CEO on a daily basis and help increase Cirkled In’s productivity with smooth operations. Who you are:
You do not need to be a rocket scientist or have any special skills for this role (just minimum requirements), only be motivated, driven, and self-disciplined professional. Selection will be based on soft skills and personality. You'll be a great fit for this role and our company if you have:

  1. A 4-year college degree is a must (we are not looking for a master’s degree holder unless you can prove that this is your dream job)
  2. 3 – 5 years of experience in operations, or in a related area. (Experience in the youth market or education industry is a big plus.)
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting (prior startup experience is a plus)
  4. Absolute comfort and ability to work in technology; Proficiency in Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools (zoom, Teams, Google Meet etc.), HubSpot experience is a plus
  5. Ability to comprehend, sort, analyze, and be comfortable with large amount of data
  6. Over-the-top, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  7. Excellent presentation skills including PowerPoint, conference presentations, etc.
  8. Results and details Oriented, ; able to report out results.
  9. Excellent Planning and Organizational skills
  10. Growth Mindset – ability to wear different hats
  11. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills along with dependability and Creativity

What will you do:

Manage overall operations and day to day execution. Be responsible for the effective and successful execution of process, and administrative tasks in a startup environment.

Responsibilities may include managing company calendars, social media posts, creating reports from CRM, and creating reports and presentations. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and self-motivation is expected. Reports to the CEO. Some specific tasks are:

  1. Manage existing contracts and customers relation
  2. Support customers and users over email and phone
  3. Sending emails to prospects and clients.
  4. Help with social media marketing
  5. Represent Cirkled In in social media conversations (Twitter chat room etc.)
  6. Branding: Keep an eye out for mentions/articles/reviews - read and respond as needed
  7. Reading through industry newsletter, articles, social media to identify opportunities to market Cirkled In.
  8. Planning for conferences
  9. Manage PR relationship and enquiries
  10. Managing CEO’s mailbox and responding to emails, scheduling meetings etc.
  11. Communicate progress and/or issues at meetings

Salary: dependent upon experience and personality. This role has high promotion potential. As of now, we do not have benefits to offer but hope to add them later in 2022.
