Role Overview

We seek a Generative AI Engineer to integrate Gen AI workflows into our SaaS solutions for health product R&D lifecycle and precision health management solutions. You'll work with our scientific and software team to build and deploy language models and knowledge management systems for specific use cases.

Responsibilities

• Standardize domain-specific prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance
• Prepare the schema of usecase-specific datasets for RAG framework and model fine-tuning
• Select and fine-tune open-source models using instruction tuning on domain-specific datasets
• Integrate LLMs with vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone), graph databases (Neo4j), and datastores (Redis)
• Evaluate and improve model performance through quantitative metrics and user feedback
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to deploy models for R&D and clinical applications

Requirements

• Expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation
• Experience with Langchain/Langgraph, Hugging Face, and open-source LLMs
• Proficiency in Python and Jupyter notebooks for LLM development
• Knowledge of vector databases, graph databases, and key-value stores
• Knowledge of natural language processing concepts
• Passion for applying generative AI to transform healthcare
• 8+ months of working experience
