About the Internship:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy ServiceNow Intern Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a current student eager to gain hands-on experience in IT service management and project management within a dynamic and innovative environment. You will contribute to real projects and learn from experienced professionals while making a tangible impact on our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ServiceNow projects.
- Participate in the gathering and documentation of project requirements.
- Update and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in the development and delivery of project presentations and reports.
- Shadow and learn from senior project managers about ServiceNow best practices and project management methodologies.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to ServiceNow.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and releases.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles.
- Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a team environment.
Any experience with ServiceNow is a plus, but not required.
