Full Stack Engineer ( Founding Team)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with at least 4 years of experience to join our remote team. In this role, as the founding engineer, you will manage the full stack of our technology, working closely with the CEO, CPO, and other key team members. Your responsibilities will include driving technical innovation, experimenting with new features, and contributing to our vision of transforming growth marketing for businesses worldwide.

What you'll do:

• Manage and enhance our fullstack application, from frontend to backend
• Provide technical insights and solutions to help reach our product goals.
• Design, deploy and maintain our cloud solutions
• Design and conduct experiments and A/B tests to drive product improvements
• Set up and manage systems for experimentation and feature testing
• Integrate APIs with 3rd party providers
• Convert designs into functional UX implementations
• Work closely with the founding team and other stakeholders to deliver high quality, impactful features.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactively identifying areas for improvement

✨ Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of full stack development experience
• Solid understanding of Cloud services such as AWS or GCP
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience in integrating with third party providers.
• Ability to set up and manage A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Experience in converting designs into functional and user friendly UX
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
• Experience primarily in at least a Series A startup
