Operations Head at Zyra (Equity-Based)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Head to join our team and drive operational excellence as we scale. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of Zyra's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution across logistics, inventory, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage end-to-end operations, including inventory management, logistics, and delivery.
2. Develop and implement processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fashion items.
3. Optimize operational workflows and improve overall efficiency.
4. Collaborate with other departments (Tech, Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless service.
5. Build and manage a high-performing operations team.
6. Monitor KPIs and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
