As the Digital Asset Coordinator role you will be responsible for the successful intake, review and upload of our digital product photography images across all Loblaw Digital owned e-commerce channels. This role will work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product photography standards are being met for the best online customer shopping experience.
What you’ll do: -
- Overseeing product imagery management of approximately 10,000 assets a week across all e-commerce channels
- Sourcing missing images from various sources to close image gap across all lines of business - Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve processes, track and manage requests and deliver content on time
- Maintain reporting on process improvements and request tracking
- Ensure style guides are up to date for improved vendor compliance
- Onboarding new vendors to vendor portal, maintaining vendor folders and training vendors on the tools we use
- Collaborate and take the lead on large scale initiatives to improve and optimize digital asset workflows and tech stack
- Raise bugs or new features related to photography tech stacks, actively monitor and prioritize with respective product teams responsible for adjustments to tools
Does this sound like you?
- You have 2-3 years experience in a digital agency or client-side environment intaking, processing and managing a large amount of assets
- You have experience managing a high volume of files and/or have setup and maintained FTPs, asset management systems and archiving processes
- You’re an expert in image file formatting, with experience in Photoshop or similar software and are comfortable running scripts and making mass edits to high volume of image files
- You are tech savvy and are excited to try out new tools and recommend ways to automate manual tasks.
- You’ve lived and breathed digital and know how to work autonomously
- You are highly organized and have incredible attention to detail
- You can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
