Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Capital Raisers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to raise capital for our real estate investment funds. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify potential investors, foster relationships, and secure commitments to ensure the successful growth of Castle Oaks Capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to raise capital for Castle Oaks Capital’s real estate funds.
Identify, target, and build relationships with institutional and individual investors.
Create and present comprehensive investment materials, including pitch decks and financial models, to prospective investors.

Lead due diligence processes and negotiations with investors to secure commitments.
Collaborate with the senior management team to develop a pipeline of prospective investors.
Ensure all investor relations communications are timely, accurate, and professional.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and market opportunities to optimize capital-raising efforts.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in capital raising, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
Strong understanding of real estate markets and private equity fund structures.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with investors, especially high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional investors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
