Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Business Development Executive to lead efforts in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and selling our blockchain-based solutions. This role provides a base salary, along with a generous bonus and commission structure, offering significant earning potential for individuals with a proven track record of success in business development or sales in the blockchain or tech space. Additionally you will be expected to take feedback and provide product inputs as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business deals through strategic outreach (calls, emails, meetings).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand and communicate the value of our blockchain products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.
- Stay updated on blockchain industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs and client feedback.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the Digital Media Sales industry
- Strong network in the blockchain/crypto space or proven ability to establish new relationships in target industries.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Flexibility to work remotely and manage your own time effectively.
- Understanding of the blockchain ecosystem.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience ideally 7 + years of experience
- Must have an established network of industry contacts (a personal Rolodex) that they can leverage to drive business growth and build relationships.
