Cordance is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Hubspot Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of CRM deployments, with a specific focus on our HubSpot portals, across multiple Cordance business units. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to enhance or migrate CRMs for new acquisitions, guaranteeing that all business units have robust key objects, fields, and automation within their CRM and Lead Management tools.
This is a fully remote role; all candidates must live and have full work authorization in the US
Responsibilities:
CRM Migration and Optimization:
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to understand CRM requirements for each business unit
- Lead efforts to improve or migrate CRMs for newly acquired business units, ensuring alignment with Cordance standards
Configuration and Customization:
- Configure CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce Instances) to meet the unique needs of each business unit
- Customize key objects, fields, and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
Documentation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user and data documentation for all CRMs and supporting systems
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date, easily accessible, and aligns with best practices
User Training and Support:
- Provide training materials to end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices
- Offer ongoing support to address user queries and challenges related to CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a Hubspot Administrator; hands-on experience with Hubspot Marketing and Sales hub
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Openness to learning new things
