Responsibilities:
Deal Evaluation & Process
- Review and process sales proposals and quotes according to company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address any discrepancies in deal submissions.
Sales Performance Analysis
- Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs, including revenue growth, win rates, and quota attainment.
- Deliver actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management
- Support accurate forecasting by analyzing historical data, pipeline trends, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to refine forecast models and methodologies.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the sales pipeline and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
- Develop and document best practices to standardize operational processes.

CRM and Tool Management
