Glooko seeks a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online visibility and drive revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about leveraging technology to engage with consumers and healthcare professionals. You will be instrumental in advancing our mission to empower people with diabetes by developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that connect our users with vital resources, ultimately improving health outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, focusing on connected care and life sciences. You’ll work across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising, to drive engagement and generate qualified sales leads.
  • Lead the creation and management of multimedia content (e.g., social media posts, videos, webinars, email newsletters) to nurture leads and support sales campaigns. Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and video producers to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Play a key role in Glooko’s ongoing website overhaul by optimizing content and structure for search engines, improving SERP visibility, and driving organic traffic. Engage in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building efforts.
  • Manage and optimize social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Your role will include planning content, engaging with followers, and producing compelling videos that resonate with our audience.
  • Work with Product and Account Management to produce in-house training videos highlighting Glooko product features and benefits.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) from various digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI. Track expenditures and optimize spending across channels to ensure alignment with lead generation goals.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with broader business goals. Provide guidance and feedback to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media, video production, and content marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns, particularly in tech-driven environments, with a preference for experience in Healthcare SaaS.
  • Experience working on connected care and life sciences projects.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, social media platforms, content creation, email marketing, data analytics, and online advertising.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media management, and CMS platforms.
  • Experience in multimedia technology, focusing on combining consumer products and service models.
