Responsibilities:

• Execute performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Monitor and collect performance data during test execution to ensure accurate results.
• Simulate various user loads and usage patterns to evaluate system performance under different conditions.
• Analyze complex performance data and identify root causes of performance issues.
• Identify key performance metrics and establish benchmarks for application performance.
• Design and create performance test scripts and scenarios using industry-standard tools.
• Develop performance test plans and strategies based on project requirements and objectives.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience conducting performance testing of mission-critical applications.
• Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter, and LoadRunner.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools and techniques for capturing performance metrics (e.g., APM tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Knowledge of web technologies, databases, and network protocols.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ElasticSearch and Kibana.
• Experience with Python and DB Slow query analysis of Mysql and Mongo etc.
• Experience testing mission-critical Applications.
• Experience with the Dynatrace tool.
