Overview
The Sales Operations Associate is primarily responsible for optimizing our sales processes and serving as the central administrator for our CRM platform across the business. This individual will manage our Hubspot instance, act as a central point of coordination across client-facing business development teams, and drive efficiency improvements to support our growing organization.
There are three core skill areas to succeed in this role:
- Technical Knowledge – Expertise in Hubspot administration and capability to manage system configuration, automated workflows, and data quality initiatives.
- Process Design – Support implementation of standardized sales processes, identify automation opportunities, and create scalable solutions across business lines.
- Cross-functional Support – Effectively coordinate between multiple stakeholders, train teams on new processes, and drive adoption of best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Hubspot administration, including system configuration, integrations, workflows, and data quality standards.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement cleanup initiatives.
- Identify & implement opportunities for improved automation in sales processes (e.g. lead routing).
- Create and maintain real-time dashboards for pipeline and performance reporting.
- Act as central coordinator between business lines for sales initiatives, including handoff between Marketing and Sales.
- Develop a comprehensive Hubspot training program and documentation.
- Standardize onboarding processes for sales tools.
- Manage Apollo system administration and usage.
- Coordinate pitch material organization and updates with Marketing.
- Triage & support prioritization of cross-functional sales <> marketing requests in partnership with Marketing.
Qualifications
- Extensive Hubspot CRM experience in system administration, workflow automation, and data management.
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and operational analytics.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes.
- Experience with sales technology stack administration.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience driving process adoption across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
