Your Mission

As Senior Product Owner, you will drive the development and optimization of SPREAD’s AI-powered workflow automation tools. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the EI agents’ capabilities, focusing on automating engineering tasks, reducing manual effort, and increasing efficiency. Specifically, you will:

• Shape and communicate a clear vision for SPREAD’s AI solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needs;
• Lead efforts to extract actionable intelligence from large datasets, transforming raw data into high-impact AI products that address real-world challenges;
• Focus on developing high-value features based on data analysis, customer feedback, and market research, ensuring they deliver measurable results for both clients and the business;
• Oversee the entire product development process—ideation through release—ensuring products are delivered on time, meet high-quality standards, and fulfill customer needs;
• Incorporate customer insights and feedback into the product development process, ensuring that AI-driven solutions address pain points and enhance user experience;
• Manage sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering an experimental, improvement-driven mindset within your team;
• Serve as the primary link between technical teams, sales, marketing, and value management, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and shared expectations.

Your Experience

1. Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Manager, developing solutions based on large datasets. Expertise in AI or ML-driven products is highly valued, though experience transforming unstructured data into actionable insights is equally relevant;
2. Proven success in managing products within B2B SaaS environments, especially in industries like automotive, machinery, defense, or aerospace;
3. Strong experience leading Agile teams through processes such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement;
4. Deep analytical abilities to assess product features, make data-driven decisions, and measure outcomes effectively;
5. Proficiency in conveying complex technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across departments and facilitate cross-functional collaboration;
7. A forward-thinking, innovative mindset, always staying ahead of industry trends and pushing the envelope in AI product development.
