Digital Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Position – Austin, TX

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the recycling and manufacturing space. This role will focus on building and implementing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, engage target audiences, and support business growth.

We’re a startup, so we’re looking for someone adaptable, organized, and motivated to take the lead on key marketing initiatives. You would be one of our 1st hires so we are really looking for someone to eventually grow into a leadership role here

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and partnerships.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Run Google Ads
• SEO and web traffic is very important
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for advertising, branding, or other marketing needs.
• Build brand awareness through targeted outreach, events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Background in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
