What you'll do:
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning, focusing on auto or commercial equipment dealers.
- Develop product messaging and positioning that stands out in the market.
- Work with product and sales teams to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and FAQs.
- Coordinate with PR, social media, and content teams to manage product launches.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, customers, and market landscape.
- Use customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness, activation, and adoption of TRNSACT’s products and capabilities within our dealer and lender customer ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing at a high growth fintech / software / tech company
- Experience crafting compelling product positioning and messaging
- Demonstrated ability to manage GTM motions at scale to yield predictable results
- Experience working at the intersection of enterprise-grade merchants and their business customers preferred
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a relentless drive
- Comfortable with building process in the face of ambiguity. We are growing fast and still learning
- A demonstrated ability to get stuff done. In an ideal world, you’ve worked in a fast-growing company and know what we should be doing today, in one year, and in two years.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven and analytical about measuring and iterating
