What you'll do:
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, features, and updates.
- Identify and define target customer segments, market trends, and competitive positioning, focusing on the commercial equipment and finance industries.
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates TRNSACT in the B2B fintech and commercial equipment space.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to develop sales enablement tools (e.g., presentations, case studies, whitepapers, FAQs).
- Partner with PR, content, and social media teams to support high-impact product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Own performance analytics for marketing campaigns, translating insights into actionable improvements to drive greater market impact.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product marketing strategies and provide feedback to product teams.
- Develop strategies to increase product awareness, adoption, and engagement among equipment dealers, lenders, and manufacturers within our customer ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive measurable results at scale.
- Strong experience in product positioning and developing compelling value propositions for complex, enterprise-grade products.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with customer segments in B2B industries, particularly in fintech or commercial equipment, is a strong plus.
- Data-driven and highly analytical, with the ability to measure the success of marketing initiatives and iterate based on results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, with comfort in creating processes where they may not exist yet.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a relentless drive for results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or equipment financing industries.
- Demonstrated experience working with high-growth, venture-funded companies.
