What We’re Looking For:
As our founding Customer Success Manager, you will partner closely with the CEO and CTO to onboard customers, drive product adoption, and facilitate revenue growth. Your role will include running end-to-end implementation processes, visiting customers on-site, developing deep relationships, creating a best-in-class knowledge base, and leading cross-channel communications.

In addition to synthesizing product feedback and working with our Engineering team to shape our platform, this person will partner with the CEO to drive growth across our existing customer base and build up partnership channels. This role is cross-functional. We’d love to chat if you have a solution mindset, obsess over clients, and can balance multiple concurrent self-led projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Training: Lead new customers through our onboarding process, including initial setup, platform customization, and data transfer to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Ongoing Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and resources to help them fully use Agriful.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers, understanding their unique goals and helping them succeed.
  • Product Feedback: Gather customer feedback on platform performance and needs, collaborating with our R&D team to enhance user experience.
  • Customer Growth: Engage with customers to drive internal adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and upsell additional modules.

Your Background:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success and/or Implementation experience
  • Worked closely with SMBs and Mid-Size Companies (<$100mm in rev) at a high velocity and can connect with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Understand complex software systems with use cases for operations, accounting, and business intelligence workflows
  • Performed all aspects of onboarding/implementation from kickoff to ongoing support
  • Built close relationships with customers while driving successful contract renewals and upselling additional products
  • Extreme autonomy and ownership. We expect you to operate independently to hit your goals
  • Experience translating feedback into product roadmap objectives
  • Have experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot), Spreadsheets (Excel, GSheets)
  • Tableau/PowerBI Experience is a plus
  • Resilient and have a demonstrated talent for overcoming challenges
  • Ambitious and excited about the opportunities at a seed-stage startup
  • Rapid learner who is focused on growth and is highly coachable
  • Attended and organized trade show exhibits
