Senior Program Manager / Senior Project Manager

At FrontRow, we're revolutionizing how creators launch new content, films, and TV shows to their audiences worldwide. We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver critical projects that power the future of streaming experiences.
In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you will work across multiple teams and lead high-impact programs that span web, mobile, TV, tablet, and other platforms. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and outcomes meet business objectives.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver on our ambitious goals, all while ensuring a seamless process and the highest quality of project management. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to create detailed project plans, define milestones, and track progress.
• Develop clear and concise communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and potential delays.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, driving teams toward common goals, and ensuring all deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, roadmaps, timelines, and status reports.
• Advocate for the customer by ensuring project outcomes align with user needs and business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7+ years of project or program management experience in the social, community, video streaming, OTT, or digital entertainment space.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with program management and project management tools like Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing projects across web, mobile, and living room devices.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading teams across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
