Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Django Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will architect and implement enterprise-scale financial data systems, integrating advanced AI technologies into our platform. You will work closely with the founders to drive innovation and excellence, leveraging AI to enhance our BPM solution. If you have a deep understanding of building scalable microservices, optimising performance for massive datasets, and are excited about working with AI technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Core Technical Requirements

• Expert-level Python/Django with deep understanding of ORM optimization for massive datasets
• Strong experience with Django REST framework for high-throughput APIs
• Advanced SQL optimization skills, particularly
• PostgreSQL for enterprise-scale data
• Expert AWS knowledge: ECS, RDS (multi-AZ), ElastiCache, SQS, Lambda
• Proficient in distributed task processing (Celery, Redis) for batch operations
• Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, Sentry) at scale

Technical Responsibilities

• Being Architect and implement highly scalable microservices using Django
• Design APIs handling massive transaction volumes across multiple time zones
• Implement distributed caching strategies using Redis/Memcached clusters
• Configure and optimise Elasticsearch for large-scale financial data indexing
• Manage parallel processing pipelines for bulk financial data operations
• Build resilient third-party API integration systems with circuit breakers

• Database: PostgreSQL (with partitioning), Redis clusters
• Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, CloudWatch)

• Monitoring: New Relic, Sentry Documentation: Swagger/OpenAPI
