About the job
· At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle
· 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional resource
· Experience on Redwood architecture and Visual Builder
· Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and compensation management
· End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – Requirement Gathering, Configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment
· Experience with Security, AutoComplete Rules, Approval WorkFlow , and working knowledge on HDL, Extracts and Reports
· Solution Design, POC, Troubleshooting issues
