Job Overview
With the recent launch of SNAP, our app-based 3D body scanning solution, we’ve seen a significant surge in leads. We need someone who loves engaging with customers, helping them evaluate their needs, and guide them to sign up for the subscription that meets their needs.

This is a junior sales role.

What sets this opportunity apart? You’ll earn a competitive commission based on the number of clients you successfully onboard, directly linking your success to the satisfaction and activation of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close Deals: Peform a customer needs analysis, and guide prospects to the correct subscription tier.
  • Product Demos: Provide product demonstrations and answer FAQs.
  • Data Management: Update customers in our CRM.

Requirements

  • Passion for the fitness space. Preference for people who have worked in a fitness as a personal trainer or related role.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, or client-facing roles in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

What We Offer

  • Commission-Based Earnings: Competitive commission structure based on the number of successful client onboardings.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $100,000, with potential for growth. * 5% commission on subscription sales for the 1st 12 months - cumulative. * Base is 60k with Variable on top of that.
  • Remote work flexibility with a supportive, collaborative team environment.
  • Inbound Leads from Clients - No outbound calling.
