Job Title: Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain)

Experience: 4-8 years

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4-8 years of experience in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, with additional experience in EPIC, HL7, FHIR, or the dental industry being a plus. You’ll play a key role in translating complex business requirements into technical documents for developers, ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements within the
healthcare domain.

• Translate business requirements into technical documentation, ensuring clarity for development teams.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented
accurately.

• Analyze data using SQL to support project requirements and provide insights.

• Utilize knowledge of APIs to support integration requirements.

• Ensure all documentation complies with healthcare industry standards, especially where EPIC,
HL7, and FHIR protocols are concerned.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
