Furrl is a funded early stage startup building the next generation of lifestyle e-commerce through a clutter-breaking discovery platform for new-age brands. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India, in a way that is personalised and effective at scale.
At the helm of Furrl is our Founder, a highly accomplished professional with an educational background from prestigious institutions such as IIT Kanpur and Harvard Business School. With a wealth of experience in building successful businesses from scratch, both within startups and large corporations like Myntra and ITC, our Founder has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. Most recently, she was Partner at Entrepreneur First, an early stage VC that she launched in India, where she mentored over 300 entrepreneurs and built a portfolio of 42 startups in the country.
Location: Remote
Stipend: 15k/Month
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Assist in designing promotional materials for our affiliate and branding programs.
- Develop and maintain consistency in design elements and brand guidelines.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for upcoming campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous internship experience in graphic design or a related role.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinker and problem-solver.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
