About the role
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Growth to lead and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This person will be responsible for shaping Safle's growth initiatives, expanding our user base, and play pivotal role in partnerships.
What you’ll do:
- Growth Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for Safle across different target segments Develop data-driven strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- User Acquisition and Marketing: Lead online and offline user acquisition campaigns, focusing on expanding the Safle ecosystem globally Design and execute growth experiments to optimize marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, partnerships, and referral programs
- Community Building & Engagement: Work closely with the community and product teams to foster a thriving user community Drive community engagement initiatives, ensuring consistent user feedback and incorporating it into growth strategies
- Partnership Development: Identify and build strategic partnerships with blockchain protocols, DeFi platforms, and gaming ecosystems to promote Safle integration and drive user growth. Establish partnerships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand awareness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure user-centric growth approaches are implemented effectively Align growth efforts with product development for an optimized user experience
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key growth metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize growth strategies. Develop regular reports and present to executive leadership on the progress and effectiveness of growth initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related role, within Web3
- Expertise: Proven track record of driving user growth in digital products and managing high-impact marketing campaigns
- Community Focus: Experience working with communities, particularly within Web3, crypto, or gaming, to foster engagement and growth
- Partnerships: Strong network and ability to establish key partnerships within the blockchain space
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of growth metrics and an ability to make data-driven decisions
- Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think outside the box and innovate, bringing creative growth solutions to the table
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and growing high-performing teams
