Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Analyst to join our team at Artikate Studio. This role involves bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that every project aligns with client needs and achieves measurable success. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a strong understanding of digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

   • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and document business needs.
     
   • Conduct detailed analyses of business processes, creating workflows, use cases, and technical specifications.
     
   • Identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.
     

2. Stakeholder Communication:

   • Act as a liaison between clients and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
     
   • Facilitate clear communication to manage expectations and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
     

3. Solution Design:

   • Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for development teams.
     
   • Suggest innovative and efficient methods to address business challenges.
     

4. Data Analysis and Insights:

   • Use analytics tools to monitor project performance and provide actionable insights.
     
   • Create reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
     

5. Market Research:

   • Stay updated on industry trends, client markets, and competitor strategies.
     
   • Provide insights to inform decision-making and product development strategies.
     

Requirements

• Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
    
  • Proven ability to gather and document business and technical requirements.
    

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
    
  • Basic understanding of web development and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Node.js, and Django.
    
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
    

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
