🎯 THE ROLE
As a Senior Growth Manager, you will join forces with Youssef, our Co-CEO, to elevate our customer acquisition strategy and drive scalable growth. Your mission is to manage and optimize various acquisition channels (paid search, social ads, email marketing, SEO, referrals, etc.) and discover non-traditional growth opportunities that accelerate lead generation and conversion across multiple verticals.
Your role will involve owning the entire funnel, from acquisition to retention, ensuring that every step of the customer journey is optimized for maximum engagement and cross-selling potential across MAKAN / Kurtains’ services. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on in a high-growth environment and to make a substantial impact on our path to becoming the leading home furnishing platform in the Middle East.
🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage acquisition channels (e.g., paid search, social, email, SEO) and experiment with new tactics for reach.
- Oversee agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality output across channels.
- Identify and leverage innovative growth opportunities.
- Optimize the customer journey from lead generation through retention.
- Collaborate with Brand & Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Promote cross-selling across MAKAN, Kurtains, and future services.
- Use data analytics to monitor and improve channel performance.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in digital acquisition or performance marketing, ideally in B2C startups or e-commerce.
- Proven experience managing acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM).
- Creative with a growth-oriented mindset and experience in testing new acquisition tactics.
- Skilled in full-funnel management, from lead generation to retention.
- Experience in cross-selling and multi-vertical business models.
- Data-driven with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
