Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and driven Growth Marketer with a minimum of two years' experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a technical mindset who can take ownership of our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for both content creation and implementing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Sempi's brand and business goals.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website copy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule posts to engage our target audience and build a community around Sempi.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Basic Performance Marketing:
- Plan and execute small-scale paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) within budget constraints.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools to track user acquisition metrics and inform marketing decisions.
- SEO Implementation:
- Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user behavior.
- Provide regular reports on marketing KPIs and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the founders to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Guide and mentor a marketing intern who will support your efforts in areas where you require assistance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Strong content creation skills with excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing and experience with running paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German.
