Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at 50Fin. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, fintech environment. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring our brand to life across various digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design & Produce Digital Content: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, web banners, and other digital channels.
2. Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce engaging short-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets align with 50Fin’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional look.
4. Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts.
5. Motion Graphics & Storyboarding: Design motion graphics and develop storyboards to enhance video content and marketing campaigns.
6. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design and video trends to bring fresh ideas to our projects.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on video production and editing.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
3. A portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including both graphic and video projects.
4. Understanding of social media content strategies and video optimization techniques.
5. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum experience as a designer or related field for 1+ years.
2. Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio.
3. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
4. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specializing in XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
5. A strong eye for visual composition.
6. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
7. Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
