Senior Software Engineer – Back-end

We are RevInsight, an ambitious early-stage startup building a platform for AI-powered decision-making. Our product makes AI the hub for the way companies run, starting with Revenue Operations. We believe in innovation, agility, and crafting meaningful solutions.

This is not just another engineering role – it’s an opportunity to build the foundations and building blocks of a platform that will scale to impact thousands (or millions!) of users. What You'll Do:

• Build the back-end of the RevInsight Intelligent Agent System (RIAS)
• Architect and build the Data Catalog and Data Stores (databases, etc.), build the system to spawn Data Pipelines (ETL) auto-generated-from-metadata, and Intelligent Agents (forecasters, optimizers, planners, etc.) in an enterprise multi-agent system with inter-agent collaborations and workflows.
• Collaborate with decision scientists, back-end developers, and product owners to bring cutting-edge multi-agent systems to life.
• Optimize code for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead the back-end development roadmap, making technical decisions that will shape the product's future.
• Contribute to all phases of development, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Mentor and grow as we expand our engineering team in the coming months.

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience developing SaaS applications.
• Expert knowledge of Python, and related web application frameworks (e.g. fastapi, flask etc.).
• Passion for innovation and a desire to work in a fast-paced, startup environment where you’ll make a real impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies (e. g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with containerization and related orchestration tools (e. g., Dockers, Kubernetes).
• Experience in working with databases/persistence systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience in working with AI or data-driven products is a plus.
• Prior experience in working with early-stage startups is a plus.
