Software Engineer - Backend J2EE

*About the role *

• Work with product owners with passion to develop robust backend for web applications using Java frameworks to excite customers.
• Participate in ideation and design of functionally rich applications based on inputs provided by Product teams.
• Use latest technologies to develop highly maintainable and flexible applications.

Abilities

• Should have full understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Should have good working knowledge of Enterprise Java language, tools, development methodologies and design principles.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot, myBatis, RESTful Webservices, JSON to build backend services.
• Proficient in using code versioning tools like Git and familiarity with continuous integration process.
• Working knowledge of coding best practices and good designs.
• Transform company vision to the applications development.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects in multiple releases.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design applications.
• Work on defect fixing and improving application performance.
• Working knowledge of Docker, MySQL Database using SQL queries and basic DML.
• Exposure and knowledge of AWS, Redis, Kubernetes, Elastic Cache is a plus.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's in Engineering

Experience
At least 2-3 years experience developing solutions in Java.
