• This role focuses on designing advanced AI-driven solutions across multiple departments, from sales and marketing to learner support and content creation.

• Your work will help Crio automate tasks like personalized learner support, content generation, and improving operational efficiency and user experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prompt Design & Automation: Develop advanced prompts and automated workflows for a variety of highly customized AI use cases like technical support chat for learners, content creation (learning, marketing, and SEO), and quality assessments.

• LLM Decision-Making & Optimization: Assess and recommend LLM models, determining optimal approaches (e.g., RAG or fine-tuning) for each application, and stay current on model advancements and alternatives.

• Cost Estimation & Optimization: Provide cost estimates and suggest optimizations for different AI-driven initiatives to ensure resource-efficient project execution.

• Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Work closely with Crio’s team to document and explain prompt engineering decisions, methodologies, and reasoning for optimal LLM design, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.

• Help with implementation of AI Tools & Libraries: Leverage third-party AI tools and libraries (e.g., Langchain, Cursor) to speed up development. Advise on integrating existing solutions to optimize costs and efficiency over building from scratch.

• Agentic Model Development: Apply agentic models where necessary, using workflows that allow AI agents to autonomously complete complex, goal-oriented tasks.

• Chat Automation: Support ongoing initiatives to automate feedback and assessment reports for learner interactions, leveraging AI to enhance the quality and efficiency of human-assisted chats.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive AI Problem-Solving Experience: Proven ability to address a wide range of use cases and complex problems using AI technologies. This includes demonstrated success in building custom chatbot applications from scratch with advanced prompt engineering, and proficiency with a broad spectrum of AI tools and workflows, including agentic models.

• Deep Understanding of LLM Ecosystem: Deep knowledge of LLM types (textual, image, etc.) and hands-on experience with various models in the market (eg: GPT, Claude, Mistral), understanding their strengths and limitations for different applications

• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and guide strategic decisions related to AI application design including tool selections and cost-efficient implementations

• Development Background: Strong technical foundation with development skills to implement and optimize AI-driven solutions.

• Agentic Model Knowledge: Knowledge of agentic models and autonomous workflows to help streamline Crio’s processes.

• Up-to-Date with AI Tools & Libraries: Well-versed in AI libraries and third-party tools, with a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and applications.

• This is a part time remote-work position

• 10hrs/week expected
