Product Manager – Care Seeker Success

Reporting to our Principal Product Manager for Care Seeker Success, you'll shape product strategy and lead key initiatives that directly help families navigate one of life's most important decisions. As a Product Manager – Care Seeker Success you will:
- Product Execution: Drive the daily product management workflow, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile ceremonies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside the Principal Product Manager to define the long-term product strategy for the care seeker experience. Participate in discovery, design thinking, and roadmap development.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and market trends to inform product enhancements and innovations. Propose data-backed recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
- User-Centric Development: Advocate for our care seekers. Design and implement features that solve user pain points, focusing on streamlining workflows, reducing complexity, and ensuring that users can easily complete key tasks without confusion or unnecessary steps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on product progress, risks, and opportunities. Work transparently with stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for our care seeker products.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing products or health/care-related fields.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Agile Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing sprints, grooming backlogs, and collaborating with engineering teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Data Literacy: Proficient in analyzing data, interpreting insights, and making informed product decisions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a proactive and flexible approach to change.
- User Research: Experience with user research and gathering qualitative feedback is a strong plus.
- Empathy and Passion: A genuine interest in our mission to improve the care journey for families.
