What You’ll Do

Design and Develop: Build, maintain and optimize backend services with NestJS, gRPC, Golang, and microservices architecture.
Manage APIs: Develop and oversee robust, scalable APIs to ensure reliable data integration and seamless communication across services.
Collaborate Effectively: Partner with product, design, and data teams to align technical solutions with product goals.
Drive Technical Excellence: Lead backend projects with autonomy, setting high standards in code quality and scalability, giving technical direction and fostering a growth-oriented culture.
Contribute to Innovation: Stay proactive in researching and integrating new technologies to enhance the platform and keep us ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

Proactive Problem-Solver: Solutions-driven approach to challenges.
Backend Expertise: Deep experience with NestJS, gRPC, Golang, and microservices.
AWS Proficiency (Bonus): Strong AWS skills (ECS, RDS, VPC) with scalable cloud infrastructure experience.
TypeScript and Front-End Awareness: Familiarity with React and Next.js to bridge frontend-backend integrations.
Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead independently.
Continuous Learner: Adaptable to evolving technologies and project needs.
