We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager/ Team Leader to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager/Team leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving the growth of the company’s sales revenue. The ideal candidate should have SaaS/ software selling experience,US selling experience ,in -depth knowledge of CRM/ Calling softwares.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and support to improve their skills.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for upper management.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with the company’s goals, continuously reviewing and improving processes to increase sales performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Market Research: Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform and adjust sales strategies accordingly\

Qualification

MBA - Sales .
3+ years of experience in sales
Shift - US shift
