Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our field sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets in the assigned territory. This role is field-based and requires frequent travel to engage with clients face-to-face, providing a personal and effective sales experience.

Responsibilities:
• *Prospect and Generate Leads: *Identify and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and field visits.

Sales Meetings: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to present products/services, understand their needs, and propose customized solutions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.

•** Sales Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and feedback from the field to inform business strategy and sales approach.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and optimize customer experience.
