The Opportunity...Are you a strategic and visionary marketer ready to make a meaningful impact on brand growth? We're looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to elevate several key brands in Centerfield’s digital portfolio, including SeniorLiving.org, Business.com, and Savings.com. In this role, you’ll drive the development and refinement of the brand guidelines and develop an integrated marketing plan to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. How You'll Contribute...

  • Brand Strategy Leadership: Shape and enhance brand strategies, refining messaging to resonate deeply with Centerfield’s defined personas across its O&O digital portfolio.
  • Develop and Execute an Integrated Marketing Plan: Conceptualize and drive high-impact promotional campaigns and PR activations that elevate brand presence and forge connections with target audiences.
  • Brand Content & Collateral Management: Manage brand materials and assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms and refreshing promotional toolkits as needed.
  • Performance & Analytics: Track and analyze brand engagement metrics, delivering insights to optimize campaigns and foster ongoing brand growth.

What We're Looking For...

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 5+ years in brand marketing or related roles with a strong record of brand-building and audience engagement.
  • Digital Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital brand management and experience with organic growth campaigns.
  • Skills: Strong copywriting, project management, and design skills, with expertise in content management tools and platforms.
  • Execution-Oriented: Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Innovative Mindset: Proven ability to create data-driven, creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for working effectively across teams, including Digital PR, Content, and SEO. #AM-1 ### Life at Centerfield...
  • This is a hybrid position, and employees are expected to work from our Playa Vista, CA office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
