Criya AI reads across all your data sources, conducts market research and produces personalized landing pages, email and Linkedin campaigns, in 1-click. With over 40,000 users who used us, purely through PLG, we’re seeking an exceptional Senior Account Executive to join our founding sales team and lead the charge in delivering our transformative solution to mid-market and large enterprises.

We are looking for a high-impact, high-energy Senior Account Executive with a track record of selling B2B SaaS solutions to mid-size and large enterprises. Your focus will be on penetrating and expanding our reach among marketing and sales leaders. As an early member of our sales team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy and achieving our ambitious growth goals

Led by CEO and founder Deb Dutta, a fantastic well-known executive (ex-Head of Product PayPal, Ft. on Forbes, Harvard business school, TechCrunch etc), along with CTO Danis Dayanov (early LinkedIn + 2 exits), you’ll be joining an exceptional team to supercharge our growth. Backed by some of the best known VCs in the industry (Felicis - backers of Canva, Notion etc), Fika and SHAKTI.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle for mid-size and enterprise-level accounts, from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and execute a strategic account plan, identifying and targeting key decision-makers within marketing and sales functions.
  • Collaborate closely with our CEO and founding team to refine our sales strategy.
  • Overachieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, with a highly competitive compensation structure for surpassing benchmarks.
  • Educate clients on the power of generative AI in transforming marketing and sales workflows, articulating Criya AI’s value proposition and ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in selling to B2B marketing and sales leaders, with a deep understanding of their challenges and needs.
  • Startup Mindset: Eagerness to join an early-stage company, bringing urgency and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex sales processes.
  • Visionary Enthusiasm: Passion for generative AI and the exciting opportunities it brings to sales and marketing.
