💼 Your Role:
As our new Technical Solutions Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of DOOH advertising. You’ll be responsible to owning and building collaborative technical relationships with our Media Owner partners. Working closely with them to understand their set up (technical and commercial) and facilitating the deliver their commercial goals, through technical features, deliveries and trainings. Your expertise in technical account management, technical solutions and or OOH will help us push boundaries and achieve our ambitious goals.
Our Technical Solutions Managers are superstars at making the complex simple, helping train our Media Owners on new features, test new deliveries and troubleshoot day to day issues.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Provide service and support to a number of DOOH media owners: enabling business, ensuring optimum platform knowledge and usage, provide trading insights and driving overall revenue growth for the customer
Facilitate deal execution between buyers and sellers, providing expertise across all programmatic trading models and platforms (PMP, programmatic / direct) and also assisting on troubleshooting of deals
Support media owners in their set up, knowledge and utilisation of the platform, uptake of new features and trade with new demand partners. Support the commercial efforts to upsell and cross-sell new products / features to media owners
Coordinate product feedback and ensure up to date knowledge and training of all platform features between internal and external stakeholders
Develop and strengthen relationships with key business stakeholders; be an extension of their team
🧩 What You Bring:
Experience: 2+ years working in technical account management, technical solutions, ideally within Media
Skills:
Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
Understanding of advertising technology, programmatic exchanges, digital targeting, tracking and related trading models
Experience of working with/for media owners and sound understanding of their interaction with commercial and technical partners
Ability to educate and transition customers to a new method of trading, whilst protecting a core business
Knowledge of SQL Databases (MySQL preferred) and basic network configuration
Knowledge of XML
