Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Development: Take full ownership of the software lifecycle, from design to deployment, across back-end services (Java, Node.js) and front-end interfaces (React).
API & Cloud Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and leverage AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) to build scalable, secure applications.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless blend of user experience, functionality, and reliability.
Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security, with a keen eye on user privacy and data integrity.
Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, efficient code, conduct code reviews, and contribute constructively to team knowledge-sharing.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Address complex challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, constantly exploring ways to integrate new technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with Java and Node.js for backend development, React for front-end, and strong AWS knowledge.
System Architecture: Skilled in RESTful API design and microservices, with a solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
Tools and Best Practices: Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and Agile development.
Healthcare Tech Familiarity (if relevant): Understanding of industry standards and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA (preferred).
Self-Starter with Vision: Motivated, independent, and passionate about exploring new ideas that enhance Slarity's mission.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to quickly adapt and evolve.
DevOps & Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and other IaC tools.
Project Management Agility: Experience with Agile frameworks, using JIRA or Trello to manage tasks and collaborate effectively.
Creative Mindset: Bring a love for artful technology and innovative problem-solving that aligns with Slarity’s unique brand and customer experience.
