Our team is made up of second-time founders who previously created applications used by 3,000+ customers including Y Combinator.

In just six months, we've onboarded 11 customers to our beta product and are on track to achieve $100K ARR by the end of this year.

Role Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time position at tryCoM AI. As our second Full Stack hire, you will play a pivotal role in both front-end and back-end development, working with modern frameworks to build stylish and user-friendly interfaces.

You will also be responsible for designing and implementing the app’s core features, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality product.

As part of the founding team, you will receive ESOPs and gain an unparalleled product development and learning experience. You will be involved in an entrepreneurial environment, where you'll be encouraged to try new things, face tough challenges, and grow at a rapid pace.

We are a nimble but focused team with one goal: reaching $1M ARR in less than 2 years. You will learn a lot in the next 2 years, and I bet you will not get this experience elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Min. of 3+ years of experience in full-stack development (You know your sht really well).
• Deep expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React.js, Node.js), TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Strong foundation in web development frameworks—HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with social media APIs (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Google) for both posting and analytics.
• Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, and AWS.
• Experience deploying apps on platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• A quick learner with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to expand your knowledge base and take on new responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in both front-end and back-end development using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React.js, Node.js) and TypeScript.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications from wireframes and product requirements.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability.
• Write reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to DRY principles.
• Integrate and enhance existing tools and business systems.
• Build dynamic web pages and gain exposure to Next.js for server-side rendering.
• Work with Server-Oriented Architecture and RESTful Web Services.
• Develop and maintain systems involving social media APIs for posting and analytics.
• Experiment with new ideas—our culture encourages trying out innovative solutions.
• Solve real-world problems and contribute to the evolution of our platform.
• Maintain high coding standards, focusing on building resilient systems and handling failure scenarios.

Nice to Have

• Someone who can join immediately or within a few days.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and cloud platforms like GCP is a plus.
