Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js, MongoDB, AWS)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Backend Engineer with expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS, who has a holistic understanding of web and mobile app development. If you are quick to learn, excel at implementing complex logic, and can deliver high-quality features efficiently, this role is perfect for you. Bonus points if you have experience with ReactJS and React Native.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js, ensuring scalability and reliability.
2. Optimize and manage databases, particularly MongoDB, for efficient data handling.
3. Host, configure, and maintain servers on AWS, ensuring seamless performance and security.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new features.
5. Ensure smooth backend integration with web and mobile platforms.
6. Understand project requirements quickly and deliver high-quality features within deadlines.
7. Implement robust logic to meet business needs and technical challenges.
8. Assist frontend teams with integration, especially in projects involving ReactJS and React Native.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Node.js and a strong foundation in JavaScript.
2. Solid experience with MongoDB, including database schema design and performance optimization.
3. Hands-on experience in AWS hosting services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
4. Comprehensive understanding of web and mobile app development processes.
5. Exceptional problem-solving and logic development skills.
6. Ability to deliver features and updates quickly without compromising on quality.
7. Exposure to ReactJS and React Native is a plus.
8. Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in Agile development environments.
2. Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
3. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
4. A passion for learning and working with cutting-edge technologies.
