In your role as a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you are not just a coder but an architect of experiences, a trailblazer propelling us from being a best-in-class event platform to a social and payments powerhouse. Our users don’t just use Bounce for events; they live Bounce. They plan activities, connect, and settle bills with their friends. You won't just be driving this evolution, you'll be changing the way a generation creates memories.

Responsibilities:

• Craft an app that's a social hotspot, an event planner, and a wallet
• Be part of a team that values collaboration, fun, and psychological safety
• Communicate effectively with the team to drive ideas and solutions
• Ship code using TypeScript, Terraform, GCP, Pub/Sub, MongoDB, SQL

Requirements:

• 5+ years building intricate applications
• Hands-on with Node or TypeScript
• A love for pushing code live
• A thirst to learn and teach, to spark and refine ideas
• Worked with a consumer-facing, payments, or social product? That's a bonus!
