About the job
As the first Partnerships Manager working directly with the CEO, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our new partnerships with payment infrastructure companies and their clients. You will oversee all aspects of client sales into enablement, ensuring a consultative partnerships process, increasing adoption of our B2B ACH risk and monetization solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of channel partnerships and the infrastructure partnerships process.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Partnerships: Lead the consultative partnerships process for new partners (payment facilitators, processors, gateways), ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding and integration of our B2B ACH risk and monetization solutions, accelerating time to revenue.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, product managers, and technical teams.
Channel Expertise: Utilize your understanding of channel partnerships to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective partner activation.
Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful closing of a partnership.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of partnership efforts and optimize strategies as needed.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to proactively identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fintech industry, with an understanding of partnerships and channel sales.
Fintech Knowledge: Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure, channels (payment facilitators, processors, gateways), and partnership strategies.
Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute complex go-to-market strategies that drive partnerships and revenue growth.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
