Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
Location: Gurgaon
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you’ll help ensure our products meet high standards for quality and functionality. You’ll work closely with our development, product, and support teams to create and run tests, find issues, and make sure our products are reliable and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and Run Tests: Develop, update, and execute test cases to ensure product quality.
• Manual and Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing for different types of functionality and performance.
• Defect Tracking: Identify and document issues, and track their resolution before product release.
• Requirements Review: Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand and clarify requirements.
• Test Documentation: Prepare and maintain test plans and scenarios.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and contribute to improvements in QA processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other teams to coordinate testing and ensure smooth project progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
o At least 2 years in QA or software testing.
o Practical experience with tools like Selenium, JMeter, and Postman is a plus.
o Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA.
• Technical Skills:
o Good understanding of QA methods and tools.
o Ability to write and automate test scripts.
o Knowledge of SQL for database testing and understanding of API testing.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Good communication and teamwork skills.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
