Ateaya (www.ateaya.com) is in the process of launching a distributed and sustainable financial ecosystem with ready-to-onboard transactions and a ground-breaking concept that will impact the real and crypto economies. The Ateaya architecture includes both regulated and unregulated web3 operations and a stablecoin issue.
We are looking for an ambitious professional for the role of Partner/Co-Founder — Chief Web Officer
PRODUCT & SERVICE AREAS:
- Ubiquitous payments, currencies and embedded transactions: SMEs, MBEs, Research Institutions & Researchers, Social Economy actors, Households, Local & National Authorities
- Ubiquitous lending, financing to Ecosystem transactions and value creation processes: SMEs, MBEs, Research Institutions & Researchers, Social Economy actors, Households, Local & National Authorities
- Debt transformation platform for Financial Institutions and Governments
- Local Economy Sustainable Development Platform: National and Local Authorities
PROJECT STATUS
- We have launched our legally-compliant Treasury Vault guaranteed with gold (https://vault.polis-x.eu)
- Ateaya will be supporting two Platform Ecosystems focused on the Primary Sector (Geosentient Platform - https://geo.groupolvia.eu) and the Secondary Sector (Ecoadventus Platform- https://ecoadventus.one ) with expected transactions in Y2 in excess of $5B, based on the existing deal pipeline.
- In terms of infrastructure, Ateaya will be supporting the Sustainable and Equitable Development Platform and Fund which is currently preparing projects in Southern Africa and South-Eastern Mediterranean that will exceed $3B.
- Our plan is to support and implement Sustainable and Equitable Development ("Real ESG") objectives and KPIs in both Developing and Developed Economies around the world. Pursuing this objective, we are already actively developing projects in Southern Africa and planning to expand to the EU, the UK, South America, Southeastern Europe and selected Asian countries.
Responsibilities / Key Objectives of the Role
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the company's web strategy and digital presence
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across TradFi and DeFi platforms
- Drive innovation in user experience and interface design
- Align web architecture with business objectives
- Participate in executive decision-making as a founding partner
Technical Oversight
- Architecture design for web platforms and applications
- Frontend technology stack selection and evolution
- Integration between traditional banking interfaces and DeFi protocols
- Security and compliance implementation in frontend systems
- Performance optimization and scalability planning
Required Knowledge and Expertise:
Technical Foundation
- Advanced expertise in frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain interfaces
- Experience with financial services frontend architecture
- Smart contract integration and Web3.js implementation
- Strong background in responsive design and progressive web apps
- Knowledge of frontend security best practices
- Understanding of cross-chain applications and bridges

Most of the work will be completed remotely and through digital mediums. The bases of operations that will be created gradually from the second quarter of 2025 onwards in major EU countries, the USA, and Southern Africa.
REMUNERATION
A) 0.5% undiluted Equity is offered against the initial period until launch.
- The equity of 0.5% is projected to yield a dividend of ~USD 210K in the first year of operation (based on ready to onboard transactions), and multiples of that from Y2 onwards. The major shareholder will reinvest 80% of profits into the operating businesses annually.
- Currently, the valuation of 0.5% Equity in the Ateaya Ecosystem is $2.1M based only on the secured transactions that are ready to be executed. The value does not include other Ecosystem operations in which Ateaya is part-owner with equal, if not greater, income prospects.
B) Competitive salary after the initial launch based on turnover, KPIs, and salaries in similar entities
C) 0.5%-1% commission is offered for the incoming investments initiated by the Partner during the initial period and a separate regime after launch.
