Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and executing test plans, analyzing product requirements, and enhancing testing procedures. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, utilizing both manual and automated testing methodologies

Duties/Responsibilities

• Write and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional areas.

• Analyze Product Requirement Documents (PRD) to identify and address any gaps.

• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.

• Lead the development and enhancement of testing procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Analyze existing testing frameworks and tools to expand both manual and automation testing scope.

• Design and create test scripts for database impact analysis, regression testing, negative testing, error/bug retests, and usability evaluations.

• Manage the end-to-end QA cycle, including test case creation, execution, and management.

• Raise outstanding issues through established project management channels according to the project plan.

• Utilize testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright for automated testing.

• Conduct UI/UX testing to ensure an optimal user experience across applications.

• Engage in web services (API) testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.

• Utilize error monitoring and debugging tools such as Bugsnag to identify and address issues.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in testing methodologies, test case creation, and test case management.

• Strong ability to transform requirements into test cases with adequate coverage.

• Familiarity with frontend technologies and their testing requirements.

• Experience with test management and defect management tools (YouTrack/Jira preferred).

• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on process improvements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to success.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in QA, encompassing both manual and automated testing.

• Hands-on experience in mobile testing for both Android and iOS platforms.

• Experience in real estate markets is a plus.

• Experience with UI/UX testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with error monitoring and debugging tools.

• Knowledge of web services (API) testing and relevant tools.
