Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Company:

Founded by IIT-IIM alumni, LogIQids is an ed-tech company focused on enhancing logical reasoning skills in kids. Based out of Mumbai, the company has already raised a pre-Series A round and is aggressively looking to expand and add to the team. We have already impacted 2 Million + students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases and test script.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs and defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Re-test resolved defects and update the status of bugs in the tracking system.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to test procedures, test results, and quality metrics.
• Ensurethat documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure that the software meets quality standards.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with manual testing and automation testing techniques.
• Anindividual with High Agency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• 2years of experience in software testing.
