Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer-Facing Supply Chain Analyst with a strong blend of technical expertise and customer relationship skills, specifically around Purchase Order (PO) automation and supply chain workflows. In this hybrid role, you’ll use your SQL skills to analyze and optimize supply chain data while working directly with customers to ensure they gain maximum value from our platform. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide our customers through onboarding, training, and support, creating an exceptional experience that strengthens their connection to our platform.
This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about data-driven decision-making, proactive support, and helping customers succeed with our solutions. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align on customer needs, contributing directly to both user satisfaction and platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support and Training
- Lead customer onboarding and training sessions, providing clear guidance on platform features, PO automation processes, and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring quick resolution in collaboration with IT and Product teams.
- Develop user-friendly support materials, including guides and resources, to empower customers and enhance their self-sufficiency on the platform.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret supply chain data, translating insights into actionable recommendations for customers.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) that help customers monitor and improve their supply chain performance.
- Identify trends in customer data that inform both internal improvements and proactive recommendations for customers.
Supply Chain Optimization
- Analyze customer workflows with a focus on PO automation, recommending process improvements to increase supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Product team to refine platform features based on data insights and customer feedback, enhancing usability and alignment with customer goals. Stakeholder Engagement and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers, facilitating smooth onboarding and ensuring streamlined processes.
- Collaborate across Procurement, Operations, and Engineering teams to address customer needs and integrate new suppliers and clients into the platform.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, supporting data-driven decisions that improve customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing support capacity, including onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for external clients, with an ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
- Proven expertise in SQL and data analytics to generate actionable insights that enhance customer workflows and satisfaction.
- Practical experience in PO automation and a solid understanding of supply chain workflows, empowering you to guide customers in optimizing their use of the platform.
