The Role:
J.D. Power (JDP) is currently seeking a Senior Associate - Market Research in our CX Solutions division.
As part of the Research Operations team, the primary focus will be supporting J.D. Power Certification programs and project management administration.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role:
Our goal is to help clients achieve the J.D. Power Certification requirements and provide quality deliverables. These goals must be achieved while driving greater labor efficiencies and reduced cycle times.
The focus of the position is to ensure that the J.D. Power Certification requirements are met and providing the appropriate client deliverables in a timely manner, while ensuring that the project management process and deliverable production is efficient and smooth.
As a Senior Associate within Market Research, you will have a direct impact on the daily project management tasks for several clients who are seeking J.D. Certification and supporting the client project deliverables.
Qualifications of this Role:
- Experience in project management, market research, or related fields preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of SPSS; Ability to run syntax within SPSS
- Familiarity with fundamental statistical concepts and techniques
What You Will Be Doing in This Role:
- Support the day-to-day client engagement activities for J.D. Power Certification projects; Opportunity to communicate and interact directly with clients; Work independently; multi-tasking and demonstrating organization abilities
- Support the primary point of contact for clients/project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and changes. Facilitate client/stakeholder meetings
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned. Evaluate project/client performance against established objectives; Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Perform Quality Assurance processes on deliverables to verify accuracy to specifications; Ensure that deliverables meet J.D. Power quality standards; Implement processes for continuous improvement and best practices
